FOUNDERS' LETTER

The FINTX Vision

When we first envisioned FINTX Club, it wasn’t about creating just another student organization—it was about addressing a gap we experienced ourselves.

In classrooms, we are taught concepts, but rarely do we get the opportunity to understand how those concepts play out in the real world. Our goal has always been simple—to create a platform where students don’t just learn, but experience.

FINTX stands on values that we believe truly matter: discipline over shortcuts, clarity over confusion, and long-term growth over temporary success. Let’s not just understand finance—let’s master it.

FINTX MARKET GUIDE

The Core Fundamentals

What is an IPO?

An Initial Public Offering is when a private company issues stock to the public for the very first time. It allows companies to raise massive capital and gives early investors a chance to enter the public market. Understanding grey-market premium (GMP) and fundamentals is key to predicting listing gains.

What are Stocks?

A stock is purely fractional ownership of a business. When you buy shares, you're buying a calculated piece of that company's future revenue, assets, and liabilities. The price moving up or down strictly reflects the market's changing confidence in the company's future earning power.

How to Trade?

Trading is the execution of buying and selling derivatives or equities. It requires a Demat/Brokerage account. Successful active trading relies entirely on mathematical risk management, understanding supply/demand (Technical Analysis), and controlling emotional impulse.
